CUSTOMER SUPPORT OPERATOR

The Customer Support Operator will be working as part of a team of 4 within a larger office environment this role involves:

• Dealing with orders, enquiries and concerns from customers
• Raising and managing sales quotations
• Record and process orders accurately
• Follow up on customer service commitments
• Promote margin growth through special offers and ancillary products during customer contact
• Communicate effectively with other parts of the business to achieve high quality results

Most customer contact is by telephone. Customers are typically, but not exclusively, owner managed businesses emphasising the need for effective inter-personal skills and relationship management.
